- Or bring the invoice to any store for exchange directly. The exchange value is based on the online price listed at the time of purchase.
- Invoice must be presented and all price tags, labels and packaging related to the goods must be kept in their original condition.
- Items that have been worn, washed, ironed, damaged or altered, and discounted items cannot be exchanged.
- Customers are responsible for the return of freight cost and arrange the return express delivery in case of an exchange of items.
- All orders are not refundable once transaction is complete.
