3. Ordering Rules and Payment methods
• Shop Promotions & membership discounts are not applicable in online store. Enquiries about Shop Promotions & membership discounts can be made at all branches or via Whatsapp 5173 7040 during office hours.
• The prices of goods on this website are all calculated in Hong Kong dollars. We only accept payment by credit card or other designated electronic payment methods specified by us.
• To ensure a safe and reliable online shopping service, transactions on this website will use secure encryption technology. All personal information including your credit card number, name, address, etc. will be encrypted before being sent over to the Internet to prevent your information from being read by unauthorized third parties when it is sent online.
• The goods ordered in the online store are accepted for delivery to the delivery address in Hong Kong and abroad.

4. Delivery Policy
• Each time you shop on this website, it is estimated that the freight will be cash on delivery (paid by the customer). Overseas orders are required pre-paid the freight cost by customer .
• After you submit an order on this website, if the order is accepted by us, we will confirm the estimated delivery time and date with you.
• If typhoon signal No. 8 or above or black rainstorm warning is hoisted, we will try our best to arrange delivery on the next working day.
• SF Express is used for delivery to Taiwan or Mainland China, and the freight will be paid by the buyer upon recipient of the goods. In response to customs requirements, please fill in your ID number in the order remarks.
• For Overseas (International) delivery - SF Express / DHL delivery will be arranged. Buyers are required to pay for overseas freight cost when placing the On-Line order. If any question, please contact na.mu customer service via e-mail on admin@namu.com.hk / or Whatsapp 5173 7040.
• We will retain the property rights of the related goods until the customer has paid the full payment for the purchase of the goods. The related property rights and risks will be deemed to have been transferred to the customer when the related goods are delivered to the customer. The ownership of any purchased by you is transferred when we deliver it to the deliveryman.
• We have the right to cancel the goods that have not been received by customer after the order confirmation notification date exceeds 30 days without prior notice. In this case, we will not refund or compensate you; we reserve the right to continue to charge you for storage costs.
• In any case, na.mu will not be liable for any losses caused by your transaction with us.

• Resale of any goods ordered from us is prohibited: All products on this website are sold to users, and no commercial resale is allowed. If we have any reasonable doubts about the purpose of the ordered goods, we have the right to refuse to accept the transaction.
